- I already have a Yuletide Office Supply account. How do I get a password?
Just click the button visible here on the left "Register to Order On-line" fill in the required fields and submit.

- I do not have an account with Yuletide Office Supply. How do I order?
Call Customer Service at (901) 372-8588 or 800-529-5602. You can e-mail us at webmaster@yuletideop.com. Let us know you would like to open an account for online ordering. One of our sales representatives will contact you with more information. We have many programs and the representative will ask you questions about your company in order to apply a program to best suit all your needs. You may prefer to download an application for credit and fax or mail it to us. The address and fax numbers are on the form. See forms for download on our customer service page.

Billing Info
- Will I receive my invoices from Yuletide Office Supply the same way as I currently do?
Yes. A hard copy invoice will be sent just as we do now. We do offer multiple invoicing methods: individual order, monthly statement, monthly invoice with departmentalized breakdowns and reports and credit card. Please discuss these with your TSR account executive if you have special needs. Electronic invoicing will be available in the future.

- Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Yuletide accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express cards.

- Returns and/or Exchanges:
Our return policy is pickup and 100% credit no matter whose fault it is (except set-up furniture) for items returned within 30 days in re-sellable condition, with all packaging, instructions, etc. returned intact. Special orders, custom orders, food and open software are not returnable. Just call your sales representative at 901-372-8588 or 800-529-5602 or you may request a return by e-mail to webmaster@yuletideop.com

Ordering Capabilities
- Can I customize my purchases departmentally?
The online ordering system will allow as many departments as your company has, including new users and additional delivery addresses.

- Can I customize my purchases by price and product?
The online catalog is customized with the product that is proprietary to your account, as well as the special prices your sales rep has set for you. Favorites will allow you to build your own quick list of products you order frequently. When searching the Catalog, choose Best Buys, a categorized listing of your best value choices.

- Can I just browse the catalog?
Yes, use user id of DEMO and password of DEMO. The pricing you will see this way will be manufacturer's suggested retail. But you must log in with your own username and password to place an order.

- What are my search options?
After signing on, you will see a Browse Catalog button. There are many ways to search and order. You may search by keyword, stock number, partial stock number, manufacturer and (recommended) Categories. Using the categories will help narrow your search and speed the search process. You may also find items from your Order History and add them to your current cart and/or your Favorites list.
